Hold the Nominated Supervisor role under the National Law and Regulations, maintaining compliance with the NQF, Education and Care Services National Regulations, and the service's Approved Provider obligations. Drive continuous quality improvement through the development, implementation, and review of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), working toward and sustaining an Exceeding NQS rating. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Montessori-trained educators, fostering a culture of reflective practice, professional development, and fidelity to Montessori principles and materials. Build and maintain strong family relationships, communicating the Montessori approach clearly to prospective and enrolled families and fostering a partnership model of engagement. Oversee enrolment management and occupancy, working with the Approved Provider to meet occupancy targets and ensure sustainable centre operations. Manage daily operational functions including rostering, staff-to-ratio compliance, WHS, incident and illness management, and the maintenance of required documentation and records. Oversee the prepared environment across all learning spaces, ensuring Montessori materials are appropriately sourced, maintained, rotated, and accessible in alignment with children's developmental stages.
